BF: 200g plain low fat yoghurt, morning tea: one hard boiled egg, lunch: homemade chicken and veg soup (around a whole chix breast in there), Dinner: homemade beef casserole with green veg and carrots, tea, coffee, water. Losing is stalled so would appreciate any feedback - am I eating too much? I never eat until I am overly full and never vomit.
