Default Vitamin C benfits

Hi there , I am just curious to know about the importance of vitamin C in body and normal requirement of this.Thanks in advance.

Vitamin C is most important for our body. It prevents us from lot of diseases to and improves the immune system. It also helps body for proper functioning of body. You can easily find C vitamin in Fruits and vegetables.

I take C every day and I probably have for most of my life. It's water soluble so if you take too much it can't hurt you. It's just a habit.

Not enough C can lead to scurvy and I never liked citrus. And it has too much sugar too. Just easier to take the pill and not worry about it.
